Eilish Baxter

At Heal Culture Consultancy, I bring a wealth of expertise to the forefront, specializing in providing comprehensive support for at-risk young people. With over 7 years of seasoned experience in the child welfare and residential care sector, my role extends beyond creating nurturing and therapeutic environments for youth facing adversity; it includes effective management practices and leadership in team dynamics.

My managerial experience encompasses successfully overseeing and coordinating initiatives, leading a team with a shared commitment to the well-being of at-risk youth. By drawing on my in-depth knowledge of therapeutic practices, I ensure that our collective efforts align seamlessly with the overarching mission. Working closely with young individuals under the guardianship of the Chief Executive at the Department for Child Protection, my focus combines therapeutic expertise with strategic team management, fostering an environment where both the team and the individuals we serve can thrive.
